Took about a week to setup.
I sent emails asking how long it would take and the admins got pissy with me.

Speeds were equal to cheaper plans I had bought.
You have to pay for individual torrents running as well as extra bandwidth. The fact that almost all other deals for the same price are unlimited for a month makes this a more expensive site. Technical support was crap.
